The breakfast had fresh food. They had hot chocolate and tea available. the rooms were bright and modern with a couch and a nice terrace, for example.

Booked a newly furnished room with the bedroom, a great view plus unexpected extras like bath robes. Wonderful selection for breakfast with a prime view of St Stephan Cathedral, wine plus coffee or tea.

The breakfast was included and had variety of meals. Best possible location, the rooms were tastefully decorated. Restaurant Artner Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Caring staff and delicious breakfast with a wide range of options. Fantastic and amazing location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Maria-Magdalena-Kapelle, truly enjoyed this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a pedestrian only area with great views of an iconic church. The breakfast buffet served in a cafe was included in the room price and was delicious. The staff, especially the Romanian at the reception, provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Families will love this hotel.

We were upgraded to a super suite overlooking the cathedral which was a complete surprise. Whatever room you have it could not be more central nor more convenient, being just above the Metro station. The staff were businesslike but very helpful and the cafe on the first floor was not fine dining, but just what you wanted for a quick lunch with a great view of the square. Breakfast was very good. The sauna area was very good but seemed little used.
Wifi did not work at first and the staff seemed a bit clueless, but it worked after rebooting.
